Objective
To support the grand opening of Lindale Specialty Care Center, the client required a direct mail piece that would resonate with families and caregivers. The goal was to drive tour bookings and highlight the availability of private and semi-private rooms in a compassionate, welcoming care environment.
Strategy
- Design a highly legible, family-friendly postcard for direct mail distribution.
- Emphasize the facility’s key services: skilled nursing, rehab, short- and long-term care.
- Reinforce the brand’s tone of warmth, trust, and professionalism.
- Ensure clear calls to action with phone number, QR code, and booking prompt.
Role and Responsibilities
- Led creative direction, layout design, and copy formatting.
- Selected and edited imagery to represent both compassionate care and clinical credibility.
- Created a print-ready postcard format aligned with USPS mailing specs.
- Integrated a custom QR code for easy mobile access to contact and tour scheduling.
Creative Highlights
- Used brand colors and curved elements to soften the design and increase approachability.
- Positioned the “Schedule a Tour” CTA prominently, both visually and hierarchically.
- Included service icons to support accessibility and fast scanning.
- Balanced emotional appeal (care imagery) with clear clinical messaging.
